- The animals have been grazing on fresh grasses all their lives since weaning. While stored forages and homemade plant-based silages are allowed, they are kept to a minimum and are only present in the later stages of the cattle’s lives. Industrial balanced feeds are not permitted.
What are the living conditions of the cattle?
